    @caren_lay@mastodon.social Ich verstehe nicht, für wen und warum es von Vorteil ist, Wohnungen leerstehend zu lassen. Sie werfen ja dennoch Kosten auf und werden dennoch irgendwann sanierungsfällig. Die Idee eines Verkaufs einzelner Wohnungen wirkt unrealistisch, denn für einen Privatmenschen ist eine Wohnung in einem ansonsten leerstehenden Haus eine Katastrophe - Legionellen sind nur ein Problem von vielen. Gibt es Ideen zum &quot;warum&quot;?
