  I liked kbin a lot because earnest was pretty prolific with improvements. mbin felt a bit like maintenance mode. I went to piefed because it seemed to be very active with improved tools for the user and such.

  republicans have to lose incredibly bad. Like so bad they can't block a 3/4ths vote and even dick dem in name onlies can't join them to block a 2/3rds. If its a simple majority it will at best slow things down.

  I live in a dense enough area that you can't throw a stone without hitting a school. seriously if you are at a school there is likely a school of some kind within a mile. Im at the edge of the major density so it does slow down going in the one direction. Oh also red light cameras are like at every light which is most intersections.

  It kinda depends. When I want to get going right away I want something that can do everything I need right away but over time I might just want what I use and no more. Right now im using an out of the box distro but I have plans to move to one that does not. If I had not done the out of the box though then I might have used my windows machine more to get something done rather than looking around for what would allow me to get it done on linux.

  I don't like smartphones and im kinda paranoid so turned off and in an rfid blocking bag. Even with dumbphones because who knows what is hidden away active without me knowing. I would have laughed at such paranoia 15 years ago.

  Yeah. Moreso the institutions and structure but even youtubers I like it sorta disgusts me when they get into shilling for ground news or nord vpn.   After seeing the news piece on guys using two cars to steal a haybail I think in australia it makes me realize just how much worse this is than the depression. I mean people would steal food, heck even eggs, and maybe even live chickens. But straw?! Things are sooooo trumped.

  Im a dude which means if someones an adult im not likely to shy away.   yeah and its like a temp feels fine one day and not another. thing is I love covers and the feeling of being bundled up in one or near a fire. So like its kinda nice being cold. Similary its great for it to be hot when you have a place to swim. The cool water feels so nice.
