  It’s a hobby, and most of the reason why is because it’s fun to get it all set up and working exactly the way you want. I think of it like this: Why would anyone spend all the time and money to build a hot rod when they could just drive a sensible Toyota Corolla?

  I get what you're saying, but it's not really true. If the only program you run is a web browser, then you're probably right, but only because Linux expects you to know how to use your computer and install updates yourself.   I looked up the manual for my alarm clock because this bugged me so much. Turns out there is a fucking button combination to change the brightness and it just defaults to maximum for some reason.

  This is true only in the SMB2 instruction manual and has never appeared anywhere else. In Superstar Saga she insists on being called "Birdie", and in basically all other appearances she introduces herself as "Birdo" In Japanese, her name is "Catherine", and insists on being called "Cathy" in Superstar Saga
