    I sometimes looked myself in the mirror... like I got so used to seeing my reflection in glasses, that if I ever like go without glasses... say if I get lasik, then I&#39;d look so weird...     Chinese language is gender neutral: 他 (tā) - he/she/~~it~~, singular (Edit: &quot;it&quot; is actually &quot;它&quot;, but its the same pronunciation) 他们 (tā mén) - they, plural So simple... there&#39;s no fuss about pronouns lmfao Imagine all the problems that would go away if the US just used a better language xD

    I mean, I&#39;m not alone, I read a lot of users on reddit Asian communities that also said their parents &quot;joked&quot; about the same thing. I think its some weird cultural thing...
