It really frustrates me that people are so accustomed to microtransactions in their games that they actively suggest them instead of fighting them with every fiber of their being.

My new #DnD campaign plans include four classic modules. One is from B/X and the rest are 1st ed. AD&D. I may need to add one or two adventures along the way, but these will be the the ones that support the story arc. Can you figure out which modules? Frontier fort Orlane Lizard burial The mists

It's time to find a new job. I feel like an archmage confined to using only 1st and 2nd level spells.

Ideas I have: 1. Episodic TV show set on a used car lot. 2. Horror-ish movie involving the Devil taking over a good company and turning it to evil 3. A dark comedy road trip involving a dead body and a masturbation addiction 4. So. Many. Fantasy. Adventures. 5. Episodic show about side characters from other movies and tv shows.

Proud dad moment. ⚾️ My son got hit in the head by a pitch during his last game from one of the hardest throwing pitchers in his age group. It was scary, but the helmet did its job. After being checked out, he went to 1st base. Stole 2nd on next pitch, went to third on the bad throw and two pitches later stole home on a passed ball, sliding under the tag.

There are days I miss managing a video game store. I can still see the walls covered in NES, SNES, and Sega Genesis games... soon to be followed by Playstation games... and 3DO.... Atari Jaguar... Game Boy, Game Gear, and for a limited time, NeoGeo. Even PC games! Nintendo 64, Playstation 2, Sega Saturn, XBox (with its MASSIVE cobtrollers), and then Game Cube... That's about when I left the business... 2005. It had it's issues, but it was a great time over all.

In all honesty, I could not buy another video game or TTRPG book for the rest of my life and I'd never go through what I own currently. I still will, of course. 🤣

I will NOT click on any #YouTube vidoes that have A.I. created images as their thumbnail.

We are playing Dungeon Crawl Classics this weekend. We should be able to get through the funnel and see if there are any 1st level characters when we're done. 😆

In July, we brought in a class of six new dispatchers. The fifth one resigned yesterday. We are down to 1 left after 8 months.

Due to a cancelation this weekend, my regular Temple / Slavelords group won't be playing. However, we are currently planning on making characters and playtesting my Evermore Adventures rules! So, I'm still excited. #TTRPG #RPG

The "post" button should be changed to "post and then make all of my typos readily apparent."
