Webpages should NEVER have been allowed to load files from other websites. Allowing webpages to load objects from arbitrary locations killed the web. Webpages should have been restricted to load files only by relative URLs & never load any file by absolute URLs. #Bitcoin has a few serious issues the biggest being that the number of transactions it's able to process in an hour does not scale with the added processing power… adding "miners" only causes the algorithm to make it more difficult to process the transactions such that the number of transactions/hour which make it into the ledger (blockchain) remains constant. I hope I don't have to explain that this is nuts?

To get copyright protection on executables, the author should at least put the full source code repository under escrow to be released once the copyright term expires. Copyright only applies to something human created. Anything machine generated cannot be copyrighted, unless it's a simple reproducible transformation from something human created. #UnpopularOpinion
