  Lol we actually used to play this way with my cousins. We had two younger cousins that weren't too bright at the time, but really wanted to play. So they played as "peons" and got a pawn from a chess set as their marker. They got an extra $100 for passing go, but that's it. They couldn't buy or anything, only pay. They actually seemed to have fun in a little competition between themselves as to who could weather the capitalist hell hole the best.

  I only recently found out this was a thing where I went down a Tiktok rabbit hole of this girl whose dad is a bug chaser. He ended up getting AIDs (on purpose of course) and was all upset when none of his immediate family felt bad for him. He also claimed he had AIDs a half dozen times before he got them.

  I feel like this is more of an argument against the American health insurance system and better national retirement programs, than anything else.   Apple seeds have like a one in 10k chance of producing a sweet apple that is nearly as good as what else is on the market, and like one in 100k for it to be better. Every other one comes out to a nearly inedible crab apple. Always seemed like a cool hobby to me if I somehow became rich. It's like a gamble that is just as much your time, as it is your money.
