  It’s primarily a shitpost community, so I wouldn’t take anything here as meant genuinely. Lemmy isn’t really like that the way other online spaces tend to be. Femcelmemes is a vibe, not a cut-and-dry identity. Mostly a sapphic, self-deprecating vibe and nobody is really excluded.

  Sorry to miscommunicate - I did mean that the male loneliness epidemic is very much real. It’s just not caused by women. Although Andrew Tate types like to blame women, because it discourages men from interacting with women.

  I think it’s sarcastic, like pointing out that it’s not actually caused by women but rather the ever increasing atomization of society to extract profit and the garbage stream of content men are exposed to online that radicalizes them against authentic human connection for fear of being “unmasculine.” Maybe.
