  I did some 'back of the napkin' math a few days ago to see what it would take for the employees in my company to purchase enough shares for a controlling stake in the company.   When I left one of my prior jobs I wrote up several very cathartic resignation letters... it was good to get it out of my system before doing a proper and professional resignation letter. I'm glad I did because the tech community in this area is very tight and you end up bumping into a lot of the same people over the years.
