  What transgender policy? Harris had absolutely no policy on transgender people besides not giving a shit what the states did individually (the exact policy position republicans are supposed to be in favor of btw). Harris boxed herself in by refusing to take a stand for anything worth voting for. Trump's voters fell for the fear mongering like they always do.
