Sometimes, life kicks you out of the game and forces you to watch from the side. And if this happens, it&#39;s not a gentle &quot;knock, knock, you need to take a break now&quot;, it&#39;s a violent, painful reality check which leaves you with a 30cm scar on your chest after a six hours surgery. You are not made of steel, you are not invincible. And it does not only &quot;happen to others&quot;. Do regular checkups, and listen to your body. It saved my life.
