Online chatrooms restrict the depth of communication to have because of moderation. Can’t monitor and police the world wide chat 24/7

No worries :) You can still send them a token of appreciation. But maybe not all of it.

AI for the surveillance state. Sort of like the center point of skynet. Soon there will be heavily armed autonomous mechs walking the perimeter shooting everything organic within 100m the property border

My city replaced the green city patch (sorry can't post pictures due to privacy) that was near the town hall and replaced it with natural stone. Before: About a 450 m² area of a few trees, about 3 or 4 big chestnut trees and some smaller brushes. The ground was mostly grassy with a few earth patches in the bushes. In the middle was a seat and rest area in a stone circle and park benches and on either side was a cobblestone path. Something like a mini park. Around it was a smal...

Keep a consistent sync between a server you control and the phone. Something like immich will make it easy.

Tbf non Gen-Z would also struggle if we'd remove their internet sevices suddenly. It feels like everyone in the cushy countries more or less forgot how to exist outside their world

*Loses* Where exactly have they lost a game that hasnt even ended?

I mean the first diagram is effectively useless without knowledge of battery density. They as well could compare the 2010 compacts with 2025s SUVs which have probably 2x the amount of total capacity. For the other charts: Agreed.

Doesnt matter if the capacity is even less than sodium batteries. We'll see.

And that is totally fair and valid.

Know a friend (male obviously) that likes to wear high heels when going outside their hometown. His reason why outside: Hometown is small and no need for drama. When I joined him I saw mixed reactions. Some took covert pictures while giggling, some looked twice and some seemed even impressed at the choice. They were about 10cm high. And I am not afraid of being seen with him because they look awesome!

Come to the interview and ask if it's a problem. I am pretty sure pencil skirts (if I reference the correct clothing) arent that uncommon in office jobs. Just keep it to professional office attire. 🤷

Offline listen history playback is my issue. I know about the plugin (lol) (Scrobbled by Spotify and Jellyfin)

• View post

If there is a plugin, everything is (sort of) supported. Jellyfin has a listenbrainz plugin.

• View post

Depends on the app. If it caches the plays and syncs it back to the scrobble service? Probably possible. Afaik it’s not possible for Jellyfin.

Such a great service. Both it and musicbrainz.
