  OMG! The sliding door of our minivan got left open overnight in the literal typhoon. Toweled it down, but it will take a lot more than towels. Maybe I should run the heat on full without circulation for a couple hours. I do not like today. And I'm super tired from all the flood alerts from my phone last night. I wish my phone had told me the door was left open! How can I restore life to an hourly snapshot from yesterday? git revert something something... 😫

  Man, today is the best day in a long time. As expected, Nene Royal won AGT. But, she also got to play with the Warning and then live with Linken Park. And it was ridiculously awesome. Can't wait to find out who she ends up touring with. I'm seeing rumors she is opening for A7X in Singapore next month.   TIL that it is the female ginkgo trees that stink in the most inappropriate way, not the male ones. And that smell is from butyric acid that comes out of its false fruits when they fall off the tree and break apart on the ground.

  I guess the one thing I'm unsure about is whether this still works with connections that happen to be on the same server as you when it dies.
