Similar to the '86 F150 I had back in the day. Regular cab and 8' bed. Made for hauling stuff not people, though it could seat three.
The top of the bed rail was much lower. You could reach over the side to get stuff out of there. Pretty much impossible with new trucks.

@Sir_Osis_of_Liver@beige.party @KiwiEV@mastodon.nz an 8' bed makes sense to me because of how much of our sheet goods are 8'x4'. but if you want to haul 4+ people, get a sedan (or a van), and for the six days a year you need to haul stuff also...rent a pickup. costs $50.
