Asking for advice, experience or hints: for a while now I'm thinking about setting up a network for humans, incorporating trust, blocking bots and AI while also making a high effort about privacy. The goal (like many networks) is to help each other; but I'm designing this to keep a distance to big tech. The german network nebenan.de does smth like in the way they are validating users but it's too much like a 90s chat forum and has too much access to private data. I'm glad for responses that share existing networks with this focus, lessons learned articles or whatever can help me reach my goal and not fall into obvious pitfalls.
