To Dinefwr Castle Three Beech sentinels stand even spaced, even aged, as placed and planted. Roots grip the outer rocky surface a mounded tomb like shape. Mossed like feet, rooting toes fan out, shaping a knotted vault. Sunlight seeps in shafts, from right to left, bleaching Beech’s green to yellow, that dissipates into bright white sky.
