At times, yes. But there's kind of this grin-and-bear-it, everything-sucks-and-we're-just-gonna-power-through-it stoicism that I've adopted that is honestly really not healthy, but helped me get through some really painful things last year. :(
I'm kind of waiting for the (emotional) bubble to pop. Any time now. :E

@rl_dane@polymaths.social Oof, yeah, bottling things up usually is a recipies for it to pop some time. I never found being stoic to be very helpful, it's what tipped me over into a huge bout of depression earlier in my life, after that I figured that letting some of it go just is needed, we're only human, we need to vent and get the feelings out somehow, if anyone thinks me weak for it, honestly I don't care, I need it to keep at least a modicum of mental health.
