@Wallflower@beige.party It’s so draining. I like seeing everyone but recently I have been leaving at lunchtime on office days and wfh the rest of the day. It's working well! Can you do something like that? Or are you in the office full-time? 😱

@alexpsmith@beige.party After 20yrs of working from home 2 to 3 days a week, they now require 4 in the office, at a minimum of 8 hours in each day. I feel so drained and my efficiency is hit. It is such a backwards move. Once I get to leave for my new role, I will get to do 3 in office, 2 at home, which I can do/manage.
