@bryan@dusty.ninja yup, I really like their avocado oil chips so I thought their weird detour into beef tallow potato chips would be worth trying. The McDonald’s fries of old was what I was hoping I’d get a whiff of. There actually is one fast food place that does include beef tallow in their frying oil. It’s Weinerschnitzel. Although it’s different, you can catch a hint of the old McDonald’s fry flavor through them. There’s also a small chain that used to be around the Bay Area with beef tallow as a component of their oil, it was Smashburger.
