@Tutanota@mastodon.social To me this reads: safety and security was the last thing on their minds and it was optional before shipping. They happened to decide to actually work on it, after they've done everything else. Maybe because they realized safety and security was abhorrent. Why else delay a product if you wouldn't expect into fail otherwise?
