As a result of the Rethuglican "One Big Beautiful Bill" signed into law last year (that the Dems caved on), millions of USians are receiving notice that as of January 1, they no longer qualify for Medicaid health insurance due to work requirements. If you lose your job, and your health insurance with it, too bad. If you can't find a job, too bad. The downstream effects of this will be catastrophic for the uninsured.
