Question, why an ai kill switch and not a company liability law? The entire exec and board of ai companies are liable for any actions taken by their ai? And for some real teeth, prison time for them if the action would cause a real person to go to prison. Seems like that'd shape up the companies real quick and force them to put in proper safe guards. (Yes, I know why, the monied don't want to be responsible for their own actions.)
