#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings Haven't done this for a couple of days because the constant pain caused by a pinched nerve in my neck has me stuck in my recliner and is messing with my mood. The meds aren't helping and PT does not start till tomorrow. I'll give this a try anyhow. 1) My daughter and her fiancée have a tentative date and place for their wedding: Nov. 2027 in Puerto Vallarta. Looks like it will be virtual. Not my ideal but it's not my wedding. 2) The cortisone shot in my left knee last week also dulled the pain in my neck long enough for me to go get my CPAP machine. I think its helping but it's hard to tell because of the pain. I may have more energy but there's little I can do with it. 3) OTC sleep aid antihistamines to help deal with the pain and the CPAP mask
