@Ketakaterl I think at least 4 states with at least 35% population form a blocking minority.

@zakiltenskyi@mastodon.social Germany is around 18% we are only at 20-21% + we need to reach 35% like you said so yeah if Germany opposite (again) we ain't getting this law
