@VickForcella@mastodon.derg.nz If it's a cable modem. you need to activate it no0rmally by just go on the internet. It normal reroute you to activation page.
Unless something else is wrong. Depends on what internet you have.
Anyway, the biggest nightmare.

@1024Bytes@masto.ai Ziggo. I have been on the helpdesk for an hour or two including a video scan of the situation. The guy tried to help but I suspect he can't look into the system deep enough. Tomorrow a mechanic will come and will see I have made no mistakes and then he will make a phone call and it'll be fixed. I discovered that my 'intelligent" heating system also works without internet. Positive. All that crawling around the flood has made my back go all bad.
