I just want to enjoy our yard 😭 but the neighbours are, as always, on their balcony smoking weed and coughing/chocking/half dying every 5 seconds

@stephanie@ottawa.place Booooo! 😥 I don’t know what the solution is there. I have a similar issue where my neighbours picked up smoking cigarettes and cannabis. The hallways just reek… and there’s nothing I can do about it except try to win the lottery and sell the place.
