  @RehnyNytes256@shota.house life's been good it's really coming along. Works been on and off I just got hired at a new place so we're gonna try that and see how it works out got a lawsuit coming up so that'll be interesting the homes still in foreclosure process but it's taken a while. I think the issue is it's complicated cause the mortgage owner died with multiple creditors so I think there may be multiple litigants as lean holders for the property and the man wife is still trying to just avoid them and not accept any of his debt collection attempts. She doesn't seem to understand and I can't explain that they can come for her and lean everything she owns so it'll be interesting to watch
