We get some stock footage of buildings exploding. Then the humans in the blue suits are like "ZOMG the aliens just blew up our military in Okinawa!" They try shooting the flying saucer, but their puny armaments do nothing.
Then the humans are like "omg aliens are fucking our shit up, to solve this problem we'll need a movie star!"

Somewhere on Earth, a guy named Professor Mori is hanging out in his wizard costume and drinking explaining to large coiffed and large breasted daughter that the flying saucer is made of some magic material that our weapons can't penetrate.
