@AbramKedge The Regional List is an additional member system.
So depending on how each party does at the constituency ballots in each region, the List will be used to calculate which parties receive List seats.
If a party cleans up in the constituencies, the odds of them receiving a List seat are extremely low, even with a large vote share.
I'll use Central Scotland in 2016 as an example.
The SNP took every constituency seat.
Despite having 47.7% of the List vote, they received no seats.
