@_elena@mastodon.social maybe add some extra smaller text, like "join the fediverse" underneath, i don't know my reasoning: you know what the symbol means, i know what the symbol means, but most people do not. so putting a little education into the design is just the right bit of extra, i think

maybe not written straight, rather way bigger & sideways (half), so within the P would be its logo instead? as sideways-half I mean like "oblique" in style... and from left-bottom (waist) to right-top (armpit) in side to write the current logo seems to solid in letters, better in less capital letters, rather handwritten maybe

@_elena@mastodon.social Make a whole font class based on the Fediverse icon? Such that the letters use the same colours with lines and dots but can easily be distinguished from each other. As others have mentioned I also seen HYPE and HAPE before HOPE.

@_elena@mastodon.social if at some point you plan to sell these, I recommend a v-neck option, also for men :) (I first read it as HYPE, but I guess that's fine too)

Update: inspired by @thisislieven@c.im I tweaked the design and used an actual "O" behind the Fediverse symbol... So that people wouldn't confuse the word with "HAPE" or "HYPE". I've ordered a tee in blue and another in red. I hope they turn out ok! 😅
