So it's circa 3 AM and I woke up or didn't manage to sleepy or something cuz my body has started itching. In actuality, my physical health has deroded and my stress IS beyond normal levels so probably that's what is fucking me over. An entire month of efforts leading to 0 units of improvements or solutions and everything getting worse by the literal day has been enough It seems to fuck me enough to fuck my sleep, the only thing that was going kind of okay
