@bp@social.bennypowers.com You would think that, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I've been doing this a long, long time now, and the grim reality is that you don't know what will work with any given team/org until you try out a few different arguments, and 90% of the time status quo bias wins regardless. The single most effective thing so far has been CWV, which is a pocket book play from authority, but even that has not broken the JavaScript/Industrial Complex's grip.
