I am looking for feminist/antiracist/etc writing on the topic of: what should a code of conduct say and do about violations that occur outside the designated space boundaries? (e.g. harassment that occurs outside a conference but both parties are attending) I have an opinion on this personally that is informed by over a decade working in tech and going to makerspaces. But I would like to see what others think / what I am missing / if there is something to point to that is meaningfully more concretely written down and authoritatively framed than my own opinion.
