Apparently this was a known thing around Washington and they just cut him loose when they needed to.
Both parties cover this shit up.

Interesting, if true. Not totally doubting you, but at least they don’t reward that behavior when the evidence is laid bare. Granted it shouldn’t take public exposure to take action, but this is where we are at so far.
