Made a fancy tart with the terrible plums. Which first involved making jam out of the terrible plums.
The jam is not even terrible, I’m just not a jam person. Colour is amazing.

@transitionalaspect@fnordon.de Those are very pale plums, but the jam they made does look nice. If you don't really eat jam, though, maybe make more of a savoury plum sauce with the rest? Yes, commercial plum sauce is usually mostly pumpkin instead of plum, but roast garlic & plums do make for a nice sauce for meats.
