I've been very tired and having joint pain, and this seems like the type of shitty symptoms that's just going to get me some wastebasket diagnosis. Or "We have no idea." I've been twitching for 2-1/2 years. Nobody can figure that out, either.

It could be because of hormonal shifts due to #perimenopause, but they'll probably have to rule out a bunch of other shit first.
