Does Nintendo say Fuck gamers? They’re more “Fuck creative fans.”
I don’t own a Nintendo since Nintendo DS so I’m out of the loop.

They’ve always been violently litigious against any kind of preservation effort. Apparently this goes back to the Super Famicom/SNES generation.

There was that whole thing where they changed their terms to allow them to brick Switch and Switch 2s if they decide you’re using them wrong or something.
