Current issue: I'm moving from Castbox to AntennaPod. The cons of Castbox are just too much; lots of ads, the recommendation algorithm is infested with Right Wing Influencers, Religious Evangelists, Techbro and CEO glazers, "self-help" that is just Ayn Rand repackaged for modern men, woo/psuedoscience peddlers and other such garbage. It's also got lots of ads, very annoying. Many reasons to change. However, it's got two things going for it over AntennaPod; using your google account to synch subscriptions and a playlist feature. There's a set of goto episodes from Be Scared that I love falling asleep to, but in Antenna pod, I have to either scroll down, or favourite them and add them to a queue. No synch is annoying but I have now got parity between the apps, I'm subscribed to the same people. Lack of playlists is very annoying.
