trying to finally quit google for good. can anyone recommend a privacy focused email provider other than proton?
for some reason proton has always skeeved me out. i get gross corporate vibes from them that im not into at all.

I like Migadu, I don’t know any other provider that’s just based on usage where you can use as many mail addresses, aliases and domains as you like.

mailbox.org has been fine for me for like two years, cheap and boring in a good way. the bigger thing tho is getting off the gmail address itself, i still get random old stuff showing up there months later. i did the whole custom domain thing so if a provider annoys me i just move and dont have to update 40 accounts again

I use fastmail. They just raised their prices though.
