@RadicalAnthro@c.im Humans already communicate with aquatic mammals, they shout and scream at incredible volumes, to the extent that they cause untold harm, harassment and even death. Between ships engines, propellers and the truly offensive sonar humanity is explaining every day just how little they care about anything else. Imagine being highly sensitive to sound in water when atomic explosions were "tested" in ocean settings.
