FTR, I didn't look into the fine print, I saw "open rail data" and figured that was better than "no rail data".

@remi@urbanists.social i dunno if it even is better than no data - currently a company like chuuchuu can say, essentially, bugger off, we scraped this data fair and square, there's nowhere else we could have got it. but now an intransigent railway could accuse them of using their non-commercial data illegally and chuuchuu would have to prove that they didn't for me in the absurdly privileged position of "money falls out the sky so i give everything away for free" it doesn't matter but i am very weird :) @jon@gruene.social
