#WritersCoffeeClub 13.08. Do the arts appear often within the works you write? Which ones? Yes, though not as highbrow Arts, but rather as part of everyday life: Songs sung for entertainment, decorative carpets covering floors, runes on weapons interlaced with ornamental carvings, intricate patterns stitched on the hems of clothing, books written to teach wrapped in a story. Creativity is not usually expressed in isolation, but always as a part of something useful.
