So it is a matter of having partners you trust and enjoy being around. Still can't see myself ever doing it but thanks for explaining why it works for some people.

Just like any sexual act, yes And thank you for not being judgemental :-) This isn't something I get to talk about a lot IRL, and it's actually nice to be able to be open and honest about it
