#Apple sent me a notification to my settings app for my new #iPhone that says I can get free #AppleOne for 3 month trial since I bought a new device. I sub. I'm charged immediately. I contact apple and they told me that I'm not eligible for the trial because I had Apple One before. Then why the hell would you send me an on device notification to a promotion I'm not eligible for? I was pissed because my Apple Music & iCloud Storage just renewed 2 days ago. So I thought I was double charged. Apple Support let me know that I would automatically be refunded for the existing subscriptions pro-rated but I had no idea that was the case until I contacted them. I was surprised by this experience needless to say.
