Genuinely hate how corporate reviews have become weird personal attacks. Managers can’t think of enough flaws so they have to start going after you for shit like using too many big words or being too talkative. In general just sick of how everyone needs to pander too Neurotypicals, but they never get the same treatment. It’s not okay to have a literacy level higher then a middle schooler but it is okay to mock people for doing so and imply you think they are arrogant and narcissistic. I would never make snide comments about someone like in a review unless it something which genuinely impacted everyone like a tendency to miss deadlines, because I am mature enough to put up with minor behaviors that annoy me.
