@aesthr@wandering.shop I’ve often gotten feedback at work that I’ve spent too much time writing proposals and planning work.
It’s almost always ended up saving time, because what people don’t understand is that writing is a tool for structuring thinking, just as writing code is.

@katiefenn@front-end.social @aesthr@wandering.shop be glad it's just feedback. I've been let go from two roles after being told that I write too much documentation, particularly design documents, specifications, and implementation notes for less experienced colleagues.
