Customs and Border Patrol chief Michael Banks has been accused by six different current and former CBP agents of sex tourism in Colombia and Thailand. How did they know he did it? Because he couldn't stop bragging about it.
CBP started its own internal investigation, but it was stopped under Kristi Noem (though the article stops short of explicitly accusing her of quashing it).
