To get out of a traffic ticket in another town, I got my driver's safety course (DSC) registration materials mailed. 1. Printed record of my driver history = $12 2. Copy of driver's license 3. Copy of driver's insurance 4. The ticket itself, with the filled-out detached DSC form 5. A money order from Western Union = $145 (the cost of the DSC + $1) 6. Over night mail by UPS = $115 TOTAL=$272 still cheaper than the ticket, and my insurance rate won't go up after completing the stupid class
