Had an "interesting" experience yesterday. A common wasp landed on my neck at first, then following me closely when I moved, then sat on my arm and started "rasping" off the upper layer of my skin.
I thought if I leave it alone, it will finally come to the conclusion I don't taste all too well, am too big to be taken to be prey or make a good building material for their nest but it continued until I brushed it off and literally had to run into a building closing the door.
The sensation can be best descibed as unpleasantly stingy and afterwards I had what I would call light red sores on my skin afterwards. Still feels a bit itchy. Now tending it with some skin balm...
Little buggers, as if going after my slice of plum cake isn't enough 🙈
