@device My Kink Is Not Your Kink, but... After ~30 years of professional vi/vim usage, I've actually returned to [wait for it] EMACS! 🤓 Don't get me wrong; I'm not one of those "Read My Email and Surf The Web in Emacs" dweebs — anymore — but I've pushed "emacsclient -nw" and "evil-mode" *WAY* past their breaking points, and now I'd say it's actually BETTER [for me, YMMV, IANAL, etc.] than vim, since I can have the same buffer open in multiple windows, even on different machines, and I no longer end up with the dreaded "Swap file already exists!" error. • https://github.com/DabeDotCom/emacs.d/
